So this semester I decided to go for something in college that I actually /do/ care about; I'm taking Photography. First off: The class is taught by a great instructor from Germany and his Grad student assistant (who is really friendly and helpful). However... everybody in the class must have licked the walls of their classic pre-1970's home a few too many times. It's amazingly painful just to go to the class 6 hours a week. The instruction is great, but it's totally lost on the class. Often times, we'll have a lesson on how to do something, then head over to the Photo Lab to try it out.
